Refund policy

There is a small window to cancel your order before it is shipped.  All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed.  Otherwise all sales are final. 

If any damaged items are received, please immediately take photos of the package and all contents.  Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.  Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.

You can email your photos/info to goodiesheady.gh@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Should you choose to select a replacement item we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 - 10 business days.  If a replacement, repair or store credit is necessary, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario. 

We do not share any of the information we collect regarding your order and we ensure that all information collected is strictly confidential.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
