Shipping policy

Most orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Typically 5-7 business days during a sale in which order volume is high. We ship USPS Priority Mail (3 business days) for free on orders over $500! All orders include a tracking number which is e-mailed automatically upon shipment. 

Each order is packed with extreme care, with bubble wrap, packing peanuts as well as double boxing when necessary. All rigs valued over $1000 come with a brand new Pelican hard case for free. Some high-end pendants and dry pipes may also include a Pelican. Some exceptions apply, please check in the description of a piece if a Pelican is excluded. We take shipping seriously and strive to offer the most secure shipping possible.
